To all Customer, The Malayshop store accepts orders from all over the world. In order to make your shopping experience easier, we ask you to tell us the country you are in. This ensures that we will be able to display the correct pricing and options for your location. We have work to create a fast and fair system fororder processing & shipping.

PLEASE READ IT BEFORE BUYING:

* Minimum order that we accept is USD10.

* We will try our best to find the most affordable and less expensive shipment for your product. You will be notified by email or phone regarding the cost of your shipping product. The total amount you see when check out is not the total amount you paid, instead you need to add with the cost of shipping and handling.

* The cost of shipping and handling depends on the weight of your order after packaged.

* Disclaimer : Buyers will be responsible to pay for any Customs Duty & Tax (if applicable)

* You will be notified about the final cost before we ship your order.

We would ship-out your order the next business day from the day of purchase (subject to product availabity). We would contact you by email the soonest possible, should the products you are ordering are out of stock. (Note: This rarely happened. It is mainly due to bulk or really large quantity orders).

• We do not ship to P.O. Box or other unofficial addresses.
• We ship only to legitimate mailing (residential or business addresses

Shipping & Handling Rate
The delivery charge (inclusive of packaging) by Registered Airmail. You can use the Shipping Rates Table as a guide to assist you to compute the additional charges for multiple purchases.

Delivery Time frame
The delivery time frame depends on the shipping method you choose and stock availability. Delivery time would be :

For Shipment using POS Malaysia Standard International Parcel Service - 10 To 21 Business Days depending on your geographical locations.
Note: Shipment to International Destinations sometimes may take longer period due to factor such as Customs Delays.
We will send you an email to confirm the shipping of your order within 24-48 hours during normal business days along with the Consignment / Shipment No. of the appropriate Carrier upon shipping the package to enable you to track the order online through our website. If you did not received the product after 3 weeks, do email us at order@malayshop.com quoting your invoice number/receipt number. If you choose to collect the merchandise personally, please do so within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Do print out or quote your receipt number and show it to our staff during collection.

Damaged Goods
We thoroughly check all goods before dispatch and personally take great care in their packing. If in the unlikely event that any of the items arrive damaged. We strictly do not offer exchange/refund unless the measurements and pictures are far from what has been described in the website. It is recommended that you make an enquiry if you have any doubts about the measurements, material, or whether we think it may fit you.

Notes:

• If the outer carton is damaged you must make this known to the delivery person and when signing for the goods make a note that the carton has arrived damaged..
• You must note the delivery company .
• You will need to keep, in order to forward to us, a copy of any Return Dispatch Note showing dates and costs
• To avoid complications you must follow exactly our procedures.
